  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry each flour tortilla for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Assemble the pizza by starting with a tortilla, spreading a layer of refried beans, half the ground beef, and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Top with the last tortilla, distribute remaining cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, and red onions.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and tortillas are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro, then slice and serve.
