  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing

  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced button or cremini
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Tarragon Chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and add to the skillet.
  3. Cook steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until browned.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, allowing it to simmer.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese and tarragon, stirring until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve the sauce over the rested steaks.
