- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare your dry stuffing mix according to package instructions until fluffy. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Combine cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Lay turkey slices flat, spoon about 1/4 cup of stuffing onto each slice, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining gravy over roll-ups, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes until heated through.
- Warm remaining gravy in a small saucepan, uncover roll-ups for the last few minutes of baking to brown lightly.
