Step-by-Step Instructions for Santa Fe Salad
  1. Begin by marinating the chicken breasts in teriyaki marinade for at least 30 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  2. Prepare the peanut-cilantro dressing by blending cilantro, peanut butter, red wine vinegar, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, lime zest, and olive oil until smooth.
