Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with cumin, salt, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Toast the rice with turmeric in a pot, then add chicken stock and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in frozen peas during the last cooking minutes and fluff the rice after resting.
  5. Blend herbs, garlic, olive oil, and lime juice to make the green sauce.
  6. Serve rice with sliced chicken and drizzle green sauce over it.
