Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
