  • 2 cups mixed salad greens such as arugula, spinach, and romaine
  • 1 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced radishes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped walnuts, parsley, and dill.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
