- Spray the inside of your crock pot liner with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Set aside.
- Place the chicken at the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over it.
- Pour the cream of chicken and cream of celery soups over the chicken, ensuring it's covered completely.
- Spread the mixed vegetables over the soup layer and sprinkle the remaining seasonings on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
- Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir it into the gravy and vegetables.
- Serve hot, topped with warm, flaky biscuits.
