Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your crock pot liner with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over it.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken and cream of celery soups over the chicken, ensuring it's covered completely.
  4. Spread the mixed vegetables over the soup layer and sprinkle the remaining seasonings on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to package instructions until golden brown.
  7. Shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir it into the gravy and vegetables.
  8. Serve hot, topped with warm, flaky biscuits.
