Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough, cover sheets with a damp cloth, brush the first sheet with melted butter and layer six additional sheets, brushing with butter in between.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo crust in the prepared dish, layer a final sheet of phyllo on top, brush with butter, and score the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes and then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
