Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef, cooking for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable, or microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 15-20 seconds.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, layer with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese in the same skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled burrito seam-side down on the cheese and grill for about 3-4 minutes until crispy. Flip and repeat for another 3 minutes.
- Slice each burrito in half and serve immediately with salsa, guacamole, or a refreshing side salad.

Notes
For the best texture, reheat leftovers in a skillet. You can also freeze assembled burritos before grilling for convenience.
