Ingredients
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk, Earl Grey tea, and dried lavender. Heat over medium-low until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the milk mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the tea leaves and lavender. Allow the milk to cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the cooled milk, vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lavender sprigs if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing milkshake!

Notes
- For a stronger tea flavor, increase the steeping time to 15 minutes.
- You can also substitute almond milk for a dairy-free version.
- For added texture, blend in a handful of ice before serving.
