For the Special Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise Greek yogurt works for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup Opt for sugar-free versions if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow) Aioli can be a tasty substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice Enhances tanginess; omit if preferred.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder Fresh garlic can elevate the sauce.
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Regular paprika can replace it.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare the Spice Mix by combining paprika, garlic powder, salt, and other spices. Set aside.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into chips, dry them, then toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Cook in air fryer at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Heat remaining olive oil in a frying pan, add beef mince, sprinkle with spice mix, and cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
  4. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make the special sauce. Mix well.
  5. Assemble the bowls with crispy potatoes, beef, toppings, and drizzle with special sauce.
