- In a mixing bowl or large mason jar, add rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. If using almond or cashew butter, add it now.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined, ensuring no dry oats remain. Gently fold in colorful sprinkles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir and place into bowls or jars. Top with coconut whipped cream, more sprinkles, or fresh fruit as desired.
