- Brown the Beef: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Drain excess fat. Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
