  • 2 cups green cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage finely shredded

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, diced apples, and dried cranberries. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
  4. Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give the coleslaw a quick toss and adjust seasoning if necessary.
