Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea or 4 tea bags
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, or oat
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice for serving
  • Fresh cherries and mint leaves for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the loose Earl Grey tea or tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the tea leaves or remove the tea bags.
  3. In a separate container, combine the cherry juice, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
  4. Add the brewed Earl Grey tea to the cherry mixture and stir well.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  6. Once chilled, pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with milk. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh cherries and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
