  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by carefully draining the silken tofu and placing it on a plate. Use a paper towel to gently pat it dry.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Cut the silken tofu into cubes and arrange them on a serving platter.
  4. Drizzle the spicy peanut sauce over the tofu cubes, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
