1 pound salmon fillets (skin-on preferred)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons white miso paste
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 scallions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
