Crispy Garlic Butter King Crab Legs are a delicious seafood dish featuring tender crab legs coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds king crab legs, thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Place the king crab legs on a baking sheet. Using a brush, generously coat the crab legs with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  5. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the crab legs.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the crab.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
  • If you prefer a grill method, you can grill the crab legs instead of baking them for a smoky flavor. Just brush them with the garlic butter and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
