2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one. If using croutons, sprinkle them on top of the chicken mixture for added crunch.
Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and low-fat Caesar dressing.
