- 3 cups bok choy, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (shiitake or button)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
