A quick and easy recipe for Beef Pan-Fried Noodles, perfect for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked noodles, oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños during the stir-fry.
  • To make it vegetarian, substitute the beef with tofu and use vegetable broth instead of oyster sauce.
